In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "desa88" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Platform" — refers to the desa88 online betting and gaming website accessible at https://desa88.cam, operated by its internationally licensed parent company.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or places bets through desa88.
• "Account" — the individual player account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds credited to an Account as a promotional incentive, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited directly by a User and any verified winnings cleared of wagering obligations.

• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive transaction currency on desa88.
• "Applicable Laws" — the laws of the jurisdiction under which desa88 holds its operating license, together with all applicable international regulations.
• "Services" — sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other wagering product offered via desa88.

To be eligible to use desa88 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

4. You are not a person whose account has previously been closed, suspended, or banned by desa88 for any reason.

6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

desa88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility criteria is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on desa88. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, date of birth, and preferred local bank or e-wallet details for transaction purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and must update it promptly if circumstances change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

desa88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where it reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

desa88 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and payment ownership of all Users. By registering you expressly consent to these verification procedures.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your desa88 Account, confirming ownership.
• Source of Funds Declaration: May be requested for high-volume accounts in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. desa88 aims to process KYC submissions within one to four (1–4) business hours, though complex cases may require up to forty-eight (48) hours.

Documents must be clear, unedited, and in colour. Blurred, cropped, or digitally altered documents will be rejected. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

desa88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon — minimum deposit Rp 50.000.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 25.000.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmed receipt. desa88 does not apply any deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which desa88 bears no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited via unverified or mismatched payment sources may be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account.

Maximum single deposit limits and daily deposit caps apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits exist as part of our responsible gaming framework. Users may request a review of their limits by contacting support, subject to enhanced KYC verification.

desa88 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment sources associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or money-laundering indicators.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. desa88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Typical processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB).
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: 30 minutes to 3 hours during banking hours.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: 1 to 4 hours.
• Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available banking day.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section.

First-time withdrawals are subject to mandatory KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to spot-check verification at desa88's discretion. Withdrawals linked to suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering may be delayed, frozen, or declined pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, desa88 reserves the right to close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

desa88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any bank or e-wallet fees incurred are the responsibility of the User.

desa88 offers various promotional bonuses including, without limitation, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in the Promotions section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount.
• Standard maximum bet while wagering requirements are active: Rp 25.000 per spin or hand.
• Wagering contributions by game type: Slots typically 100%; live table games 10%–20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion page for full contribution tables.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion).
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional bonus once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• desa88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse including, without limitation: placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, matched-betting strategies, or use of automated betting software.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash below the wagering threshold, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All bets placed on desa88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel lottery, etc.). These rules are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at desa88's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time. Asian handicap, mix parlay (accumulator), over/under, and 1X2 bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of bet placement. desa88 reserves the right to void bets where manifest pricing errors occur.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the individual game (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, etc.) as administered by the relevant game provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined based on the state of play at the point of disconnection according to the provider's system records, which shall be final.

Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game. Any malfunction of slot software voids all bets and pays for that round.

Togel: Togel (Toto Gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bet settlements are based exclusively on the official draw results published by the relevant international lottery pool (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). desa88 does not influence draw outcomes in any manner. All bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio) are subject to minimum stakes and maximum payout caps as displayed in the togel section.

desa88 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts, particular markets, or specific events at any time and without prior notice, in the interest of risk management.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on desa88. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit pricing anomalies.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform; any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, age-verification measure, or self-exclusion restriction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or desa88 staff through any communication channel.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account strategies.

All content on the desa88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of desa88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content; reverse-engineering any software; creating derivative works; or using the desa88 brand in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by desa88.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, desa88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.).
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Actions taken by desa88 in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, desa88's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

desa88 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access to the Platform, the accuracy of odds prior to confirmation, or the compatibility of the Platform with every device or browser configuration.

desa88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, personal data collected during registration, KYC, and account activity is used exclusively for account administration, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only with licensed payment processors, our game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by law.

desa88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed by the User or their bank.
• Regulatory or licensing obligations requiring the Platform to cease service to certain jurisdictions.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the User.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus Balance is non-refundable in all closure scenarios.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the verified payment method on file.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which desa88 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body in that licensing jurisdiction.

desa88 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with all Applicable Laws in their country or territory of residence, including Indonesian law.

desa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
